Your Contract – Please Read This Carefully Before You Book

Contract Formation
- 1. No contract will come into existence until we receive a non-refundable deposit of at least $150 per person (subject to change), or full payment, and confirm acceptance. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- 2. All travel arrangements are subject to availability.
- 3. All prices are based on transportation costs, taxes, and exchange rates at the time of booking. Prices may change before confirmation.
- 4. You confirm you are over 18 and authorized to book on behalf of all named travelers, accepting financial responsibility and these terms.
- 5. It is your responsibility to ensure all provided and received information is accurate and shared with your travel party.
- 6. By using our services, you consent to:
- Our use of your data per our PrivacyPolicy
- Being contacted for verification or compliance purposes
- The capture of your navigation/booking activity on our site for Quality Assurance & Compliance.
Important Notice: Our Role
- TheHolidayMasters acts solely as a travel agent, not as a travel service provider.
- We book services on your behalf with independent Travel Suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental companies).
- Rates may include fees we retain for services rendered.
- We are not liable for supplier defaults or inaccuracies. Your recourse is directly with the supplier or insurance provider unless the issue is caused solely by us.
Booking Confirmation & Process
- Bookings can be made at www.theholidaymasters.com or by phone.
- All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once ticketed or verified by the supplier.
- Clicking “Confirm & Book” is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed booking.
- Booking acknowledgment emails are not confirmations.
- Flight tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable once issued.
- All travelers must travel together on the same itinerary.
Reservation Violations
You may not engage in “hidden-city,” “throwaway,” or “back-to-back” ticketing. Violating airline terms may result in:
- Cancellation of your booking
- Additional charges You will indemnify TheHolidayMasters against any resulting losses.
Pricing & Payment Terms
- Prices include applicable taxes and fees at the time of booking.
- Full payment is required at booking unless specified otherwise.
- Payments must be made via major credit/debit cards with verifiable billing details.
- Bookings are not complete until successfully ticketed.
- Fares may change during payment or card verification.
- If your card is declined, you’ll be notified within 4 hours.
- By providing card details, you agree:
- Not to dispute charges after receiving services
- To reimburse us for any chargebacks you initiate
Price Increases
You authorize us to charge your card for supplier- or government-imposed fare increases, even after booking confirmation, in line with travel industry norms.
Voluntary Changes & Cancellations
- All bookings are non-changeable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- In cases such as passenger or family member death, we may request a waiver from the supplier. Approval is at the supplier’s discretion.
- Approved refunds may take 60–90 days and may be issued as credit only for the same traveler, subject to airline rules.
- You are responsible for fare differences, reissue fees, or service charges related to credit usage.
Airline Schedule Changes & Cancellations
- Airlines may cancel or modify flights due to operational or external factors.
- We are not responsible for such changes.
- You must reconfirm all travel 24–72 hours prior to departure.
- If we assist with such changes, a handling fee applies:
- $25 per domestic passenger
- $50 per international passenger
- For Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) like Spirit or Frontier, contact the airline directly.
Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
- You are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, including:
- Passports
- Visas
- Health and vaccine records (including COVID-19-related requirements)
- No refund will be issued for denied boarding due to invalid documentation.
- Visit travel.state.gov and cdc.gov/travel for updated guidance.
Airline Special Requests
- Requests for meals, seats, or frequent flyer numbers are not guaranteed.
- Any service fee charged for submitting such requests is non-refundable.
Errors & Mistakes
If a booking error is caused by us, we will correct it and may offer compensation up to:
- Our service fee + $50 voucher You must report discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving your itinerary.
Risks of Travel & Limitation of Liability
Travel involves inherent risks. We are not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of suppliers
- Terrorism, political unrest, weather, natural disasters
- Missed connections, delays, illness, or disability issues
- Loss of enjoyment, mental distress, or inconvenience
- COVID-19 or other pandemic-related impacts You release TheHolidayMasters, its employees, and affiliates from all claims arising from such risks.
Traveler Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Reconfirm flights before departure
- Monitor your email/phone for updates
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving documents if anything appears incorrect
Failure to comply may result in missed flights or denied services without refund.

- Governing law is Nevada, USA
- Claims must be filed within 2 years of the event
- You waive the right to trial by jury
- You waive participation in class or representative actions
